This policy explains what information Recurva ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus optional details such as your company, the systems you run on, your phone number, and how you heard about us.
Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. When you submit the form, we record the country it was sent from.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and arrange any call you ask for.
- To prepare a proposal if you ask us to.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
Who we share it with
Form submissions are delivered to us by email using Cloudflare's email service. We share information only with service providers who help us run our business and only as needed for that purpose, or when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our conversations with prospective and current clients. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@recurva.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
